Chef Bobby is the real deal. We booked his duck class for a night in, and it turned out to be such a good time. The food was amazing. Arugula salad with dried plums to start, then orecchiette with smoked duck confit, seared duck breast with a sherry-rhubarb demi-glace, and a zabaglione with fresh berries for dessert. Every course was excellent. We’re real foodies, the kind who seek out chef tasting menus and Michelin spots whenever we can, but we’re not cooks ourselves, so getting to watch it all come together at home and actually learn something was a treat. That’s the thing about Bobby, he kept it relaxed the whole time. Talked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made the technique feel approachable without dumbing any of it down. Great conversation, no pretense, just genuinely good company. He also put up with a lot. We had our toddler running around and two big dogs who don’t know how to be quiet, and none of it fazed him. He just rolled with it, which made the whole night feel easy and fun. Can’t recommend him enough. We’re already trying to figure out when we can book him again.

Amazing experience overall. Made ceviche, empanadas, arepas, and quinoa salad, and everything turned out great. The chef made the class fun, relaxed, and easy to follow, even for beginners. Favorite part was trying all the different South American flavors at the end. Definitely doing another class again soon.

First time doing a cooking class and as nervous as we were it was super comfortable working with Jordan. No matter your experience he had everyone involved at every step, and we learned a lot throughout the night. I can't cook rice to save my life but now I can make paella (no big deal). We will absolutely book another class not just with this site (bc the possibilities are endless) but would love to work with Jordan again.

Our hands-on pasta making session with Chef Jordan was both highly educational and incredibly enjoyable. I arranged the class as a birthday surprise for my partner (who is an inspiring chef), and the instruction was top-notch. Chef Jordan provided detailed guidance on every step of the process: from fundamental skills like properly cutting onions, to selecting the correct ingredients (flour, tomatoes), to advanced techniques for kneading dough and sautéing. It was a delicious and rewarding experience. This class is an excellent choice for a memorable date night or anyone looking to truly elevate their cooking skills.

Chef Li’s Chinese soup dumpling class was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She welcomed us into her beautiful home with such warmth and made the experience both fun and approachable. She was an excellent teacher, guiding us step by step through making soup dumplings, cucumber salad, and hot and sour soup. Each dish was absolutely delicious, and we left the class excited to try making them ourselves at home. Highly recommend…we will definitely be taking more classes with Chef Li in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend Chef Benoit’s classes. I have taken both the fish and beef dinner classes. Both of the meals were beautifully curated and delicious. The recipes were easy to understand and follow, yet the results were elegant and very flavorful. Chef Benoit works with your specific skill level to teach you the techniques needed to prepare these dishes. I have since re-created both menus for guests and they were both hits! I learned new skills in the kitchen like chopping techniques, flavor pairings, and I even filleted my first fish! His home is beautiful and clean and both him and his wife are very warm and welcoming. Thank you, Chef Benoit, for sharing your knowledge and wonderful energy with us!

Chef Justin was absolutely amazing. I booked this experience as a birthday gift for my husband, and it exceeded my hopes and expectations by far! The sushi was delicious, Justin’s teaching and demonstrating was smooth and easy to understand, and Chef Justin himself was a wonderful mix of professional, sociable, and friendly. He was very kind and understanding with our baby fussing throughout parts of the class as well. We highly recommend this class!!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Made Master. The five of us love to cook and we were very interested in learned new recipes. It was a hands-on inspirational opportunity in the cozy kitchen. We had an amazing meal and experience with Chef Justin. Chef Justin was very communicative prior to the experience. Chef Justin arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to get set up. We helped prepare and ate seafood salad, a few rolls (proteins: salmon, shrimp, crab, beef) and mochi ice cream (green tea, strawberry and vanilla). We learned so much and the meal was beyond delicious. Overall it was the best time and the food was so great we would recommend this to anyone. Thanks Chef Justin!

One of the most fun things I’ve ever done! My BF and I have been ravin about it for days. Justin was super helpful, hilarious, and made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and he went above and beyond—chatting with us about anything, taking tons of pictures (so sweet!), and letting us get creative with handrolls + other rolls after making the main menu items. We were in a bit of a rush at the end, and somehow, he cleaned everything up in like 10 minutes. Highly recommend. We were also STUFFED and had leftovers.

Had a wonderful experience! We made spring rolls, papaya salad, pad thai and mango sticky rice. Chef Li was so warm and welcoming. She explained the typical ingredients used in Thai cooking which was extremely helpful, I feel more confident going to the market to purchase them now. I had never heard of palm sugar before this class! Chef Li did a fair amount of prep work ahead of the class, so the group was able to make all of this within reasonable time. We were with two other random couples, and it was so much fun. The food came out so tasty - I especially can't wait to make spring rolls again! So glad we took this class.

We made so many dumplings from scratch, with plenty to practice with, as well as the cucumber salad and hot & sour soup. We will be back to try her other classes at some time in the future for sure.

We cooked several sichuan dishes all of which were good and flavorful. The green beans, chicken, and tofu dishes were easy to follow and we had great direction by chef Li. Overall would definitely take another class and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a fun time.
